1. Service Coverage
Ubunye Food Lifta currently provides delivery services within Lichtenburg, Blydeville, and Boikhutso.
2. Delivery Hours
Our delivery services operate on a standard schedule. Specific hours of operation and cut-off times for orders will be communicated via WhatsApp.
Deliveries may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).
3. Delivery Process
You place your order via WhatsApp.
The order is confirmed, and a driver is assigned.
The driver collects the order from the vendor.
The delivery is completed to your specified address.
You will receive real-time updates via WhatsApp.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order type. The fee is communicated to you before you confirm the order.
Average fee is R50 per order.
5. Delivery Attempts
The driver will make a reasonable effort to deliver to the provided address.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will wait for a period of 10-15 minutes. After this period, the order may be returned, and you may be liable for a redelivery fee.
6. Liability for Shipping
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery and acceptance of the order at your designated address.
