Welcome to Ubunye Food Lifta . These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our delivery and logistics services, accessible via WhatsApp and our website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services
Ubunye Food Lifta provides a WhatsApp-based delivery and errands platform. Our services include:

Food delivery from multiple vendors.

Errands services (groceries, parcels, documents, pharmacy pickups).

Business logistics (bulk deliveries, supplier distribution, retail support) .

3. User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that you or a designated recipient is available to accept delivery at the specified address.

4. Orders and Acceptance

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Service availability is subject to our operational capacity and geographic coverage (Lichtenburg, Blydeville, Boikhutso) .

5. Pricing and Payment

Delivery fees are provided at the time of ordering (average R50-R60) .

All fees are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made via the payment gateway provided (e.g., Ozow) or as otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary platform connecting you with independent delivery drivers and vendors.

We are not liable for the quality of goods provided by vendors or for any loss or damage caused by third-party drivers beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the specific delivery in question.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
